I have just re-arranged the freezer, so that one bin is carb-free vegetables, meats, nuts, and cheeses. The other bin is more carbohydrate-rich: peas, corn,
breaded meats, ravioli, etc. That step done, I am a bit closer to my goal of honoring a commitment to eating very-low-carb for eight weeks.
So far it's been ten days; I've honored the regimen, can't say I like it yet. I'll be recording my journey as it unfolds.
Heading off for a bike ride, as part of the plan is to include daily exercise as well.
